If you encounter any issues with your order, please provide clear pictures of the defective products, and we will gladly process a refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly.
Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods, and personal care items like beauty products.
