We do not have a return policy. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please provide clear pictures of the defective products, and we will gladly process a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the problem and resolve it promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), perishable goods, and personal care items like beauty products. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the provided pictures of the defective product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
